For the celebration of the 23rd birthday of the Netto supermarket chain a contest was organised in which many attractive prizes were to be won. The campaign was open to people who made purchases for a minimum of PLN 23. An additional task was to take a photo with number 23 as the lead. Our task was to prepare the system for receiving entries.


Entries for the contest could be submitted in two ways: by way of the bot added to the Netto messenger or via the landing page. During the conversation with the user the bot asked for the receipt's data, the acceptance of the regulations and the photo. The photo was automatically sent to a specially designed panel. Moreover, we conducted an advertising campaign in social media. Via ads on FB and Instagram we encouraged people to start a chat with the bot or send an application using the landing page.
