One of the elements of the nationwide campaign ‘Głód Over and you’re still playing!’ was a contest organised on Facebook where it was possible to win attractive prizes. We designed a bot that took care of accepting the contest photos, responded to messages, explained the rules of the contest and, if necessary, contacted a consultant. Moreover, a special panel was designed to handle the contest. It made possible the viewing of submitted entries, selecting participants who deserved the prizes and the sending of automatic messages to users.
