Challenge

The client wanted to thoroughly verify the success of a sales campaign on social media. As a standard, in such situations Facebook Pixel is used, thanks to which it is possible to count reservations made through campaigns, but in this case the installation of the tracking code was not possible. 


Solution

We prepared a sales campaign aimed at a carefully selected group of potential hotel clients. The ads included a special ‘offer’ function. The content of the promoted post included a discount code, which could be used only during booking by phone or email. Importantly, the offer could be saved, and a few days before the promotion expired, the user received an email with a reminder about it.
